We are excited about the strawberry crop this season, despite all the challenging weather conditions so far! Frost blankets covered the tender flowers during multiple frosts and excessive rain threatened to prevent the flowers from pollination. We are anticipating a bountiful harvest and will be posting here and on facebook with more frequency as we get closer to opening for U-Pick.
Hope you put us on your list of things to do this month.

Our bees have been very productive and we have plenty of honey for sale at our roadside farm stand. We do not heat our honey which destroys its’ natural medicinal properties and is raw and unpasteurized. Honey is nature’s sweetener and can be used in so many ways. Each time I taste a spoonful of honey, I think this is how a flower tastes, so beautiful.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture- we truly appreciate it.
